Hej Eskild, jeg tror det er en gammel "nyhed", for Google fandt
Linuxquestions fra 2005-6 hvor folk heller ikke vidste, hvad det
var.

Det er en kerneprocess, så meget står fast.

Én foreslog, at det var garbage collection, men det tror jeg ikke
på. Det ville være meget atypisk for Linux/Torvalds.

Jeg har to maskiner, den ene kører ScientificLinux med software-GLX
(Mesa), den anden kører ATI-propkode, formentlig pakket ind i en
driver-wrapper (kan ikke lige huske hvad sådan en hedder). Jeg
gætter på at det er DEN der har en flush (det er formentlig også
en user-space driver som via wrapperen får direkte acces til
grafik-kortet) - så meget for nu./Donald
Skal man stadig bruge bundpost?
