lige skrev kan man få dem ud med pdfimages.

ls side*.ppm | while read n ; do echo $n ; ppm2tiff "$n" "$n.tif" ; convert -resize 120% "$n.tif" "$n.tiff" ; rm "$n" ; rm "$n.tif" ; done
echo "Opbygger samlet tiff fil"
tiffcp side*.tiff Drejebogen.tiff
rm side*.tiff
echo "Opbygger ny .pdf fil"
tiff2pdf -j -q 60 Drejebogen.tiff
rm Drejebogen.tiff

De 120% gør, at originalen kommer op i A4 bredde. Samtidigt bliver siden for høj, så den noget høje bundmargin bliver ebskåret. Resultat: Teksten kommer til at fylde siden ud. De 60 i kvaliteten af jpeg filen medfører tab af grå skygger. Resultatet blev en mere læselig tekst.
