Teoretisk spørgsmål om GPL



Hej alle

Hvis nu jeg laver et stykke software (fra bunden), og oversætter det til et 
binært format, og lægger det binære format på nettet, og siger at det har GPL 
licens...

Kan nogen så tvinge mig til at udlevere kildekoden?

Jeg spørger fordi:

- det er jo min modtager der får licensen: Jeg er ikke omfattet af den. Jeg 
har jo ret til at gøre hvad jeg vil med det jeg selv har lavet.
- I modtagerens licens står der: "1. You may copy and distribute verbatim 
copies of the Program's source code as you receive it," - men hvad hvis 
modtageren aldrig har fået den?

I OSI definition af OS, står der: "2. Source Code - The program must include 
source code". Men, det kan jeg ikke finde i GPL?
