Fordi debianudvikleren ved, eller kan undersøge, om der er tale om
særlige Debianforhold eller om det bare et oversættelsesflag der skal
sættes.

Det er så en dårlig udvikler der ikke kommunikerer med den rigtige
udvikler hvis problemet viser sig ikke at være debianspecifikt.
