Du har selvfølgelig ret i at strenghåndteringen i C er ret primitiv. 
Men man kan ikke bruge C uden at kende strenghåndteringen, så dit råd
er ret ubrugeligt.


Egon støder nok snart på det klassiske problem med at et array
automatisk bliver til en pointer til første element i de fleste
sammenhænge. Hvis man har mod på engelsk, behandles dette emne
indgående i http://www.eskimo.com/~scs/C-faq/s6.html


Som et kuriosum må jeg lige nævne at man kan erstatte

  res = sorterA(navn[10][81]);

med

  qsort(navn, sizeof(navn)/sizeof(navn[0]), sizeof(navn[0]), strcmp);

og helt fjerne funktionen sorterA().
