Jeg syntes det er et godt råd til begyndere med C programmering
at lære perl istedet, når det gælder tekst behandling. C strenge
er en design fejl, der giver programmøren uhyre rig mulighed for
at dumme sig, og mon ikke langt flertallet af alle bufferexploits
skyldes fejl i strenge.

C++ strings er noget bedrer, men stadig fustrerende at have med at
gøre. Det eneste man lærer med C strenge er hvordan man debugger
coredumps, hvilket er en nyttig lærdom for begyndere. ;*(
