Det er meget meget sjældent at det er overkill at bruge STL, specielt
til standard strukturer så som lister, vectorer, maps, sets osv. Det
sparer uendelig meget tid, ikke at skulle lave forskellige hægtede liste
implementationer eller balancerede træer når man koder... Plus at det
opfordrer en til at vælge de lidt mere "korrekte" løsninger... F.eks. er
man mere tilbøjelig til at bruge maps, istedet for bare at snyde og
f.eks. løbe en linket liste igennem...
