Ok.  Så er jeg med.

Men det er nu ikke helt så galt (for gcc 3.2).  Jeg har lige set på
forskellen mellem map og backward/map.h i min gcc 3.2.1 installation.

Den væsentlige forskel er at map.h har

using std::map;

Det er altså ikke hele std namespacet, men kun std::map der bliver
importeret.  Det kan være det forholder sig anderledes med ældre
g++ (libstdc++) versioner.
