Jeg kikkede lidt mere på det. Du kan bruge:

-I${QTDIR}/include og -L${QTDIR}/lib -lqt

på mit system er QTDIR defineret som:

 $ echo $QTDIR
 /usr/lib/qt-2.3.1

Det er lidt nemmere, især hvis libqt ligger forskellig steder på
forskellig systemer.
