Hurtig google gav noget MS-only hjaelp:

Select 'Project | Settings'
Select the tab 'C/C++'
Select the combo item 'Precompiled Headers'
Select the radio 'Use Precompiled Header files' 

Se om der ikke er noget deromkring du kan rykke i for at faa VS
til at spise dit program. Ellers google noget mere; det er tydeligvis
MS-snask.
