Jo de er med, og det er precis problemet ved dem... Når de bliver kørt
inden fra cygwin, så er det gcc/g++ samt cygwins biblioteker der bliver
detekteret. Det kan man desværre ikke rigtigt bruge til noget, når man
gerne vil lave (relativt) hurtige Windows programmer...

Derudover er jeg ikke den største fan af dem... Jeg kan se pointen med
autoconf, men jeg har aldrig forstået automake. Det kan godt være at det
bare er fordi jeg aldrig har fundet den ultimative guide til automake,
men jeg syntes klart at en normal makefil er meget mere tydelig.
