Men så brug __CYGWIN__ da den defineres af oversætteren.
Jeg bruger dog også _WIN32 uden at include windows.h

Se FAQ's det er noget med -mno-cygwin, og så anvendes ikke CYGWIN API
med cygwin*.dll
