Jeg synes da lige du skal have en forklaring på hvorfra identifierne
stammer, men da det for så vidt er ligegyldigt for selve problemet,

Problemstillingen stammer fra ASN.1 (ITU-T Rec. X.680 (1997 E) / ISO/IEC
8824-1 : 1998 (E)) kapitel 14.3, hvor syntaksen for en
'AbsoluteReference' defineres.
Syntaksen medfører at første tegn er et "@", hvilket ikke er et gyldigt
tegn i 'C'.

Eksempel:
Hvor man i 'C' vil skrive:
if(Test.alpha == 1) etc.

vil dette i ASN.1 kunne udtrykkes som:
if(@Test.alpha == 1)

Så det der reelt skiller er bare tegnet "@".

Umiddelbart kan man synes at ASN.1 syntaksen bare er tåbelig og
problemet er da også af en karakter, hvor det i alle normale tilfælde
blot vil være at informere applikationsdesigneren om, at han/hun skal
ignorere "@" i ASN.1 syntaksen.
(Og så er der selvfølgelig de 2 ppm, hvor det ikke går godt pga.
navnesammenfald.)
