Det er nu ikke antallet af fejl, men fordi den ikke kan overskue at
indsætte for eksempel en manglende } et sted. Bevares, ikke fatalt
- men heller ikke et kvalitetstegn i sig selv.

Men hvad så med den fejl, jeg nok møder oftest; "parse error before `)'". 
Så kan man ellers selv gætte på hvem, hvad og hvor.

Nogle af gccs fejlmeddelser er dog glimrende, men en del af dem finder
jeg temmelig generelt formuleret.

Tjah, jeg synes nu at

tst.c:7: passing `const string' as `this' argument of `class basic_string<char,string_char_traits<char>,__default_alloc_template<true,0> > & basic_string<char,string_char_traits<char>,__default_alloc_template<true,0> >::operator =(const char *)' discards qualifiers

kan optimeres, fx til

tst.c:7: cannot assign through const_iterator `a'

Faktisk mener jeg at meddelelser om template-relaterede fejl er et af
de punkter, der arbejdes på at forbedre (jeg følger dog ikke så meget
med i gcc udviklingen). Men du har da ret i, at man bliver bedre til
at læse det nuværende med tiden.
