Du forsøger at linke dit user-mode program med en funktion i selve
Linux kernen.  Det kan du ikke - hvis du vil kalde kerne-funktioner
direkte, så skal du skrive et kerne modul.

Ellers må du "nøjes" med at snakke med kernen via de officielle
interfaces, d.v.s. enten kigge i filerne i /proc, eller bruge de
funktioner som er eksporteret via "syscall" interfacet - de vil
almindeligvis findes i libc.

Det nemmeste for dig er nok at læse informationen fra isapnp
filerne i /proc
