Dette er generelt ikke nødvendigt -- de moderne biblioteker på UNIX gør
det allerede for alle include filer i /usr/include.

Det er hvad __BEGIN_DECLS macroen gør i Linux' glibc -- den er defineret
til extern "C" { (og __END_DECLS afslutter }).

Det er let at se hvornår det er et problem -- under linkerfasen vil du
komme til at mangle funktioner der ellers findes i de biblioteker du
linker med og kan findes via "nm" i dem. Linkeren vil lede after den
"manglede" signatur (altså fx. crypt__FPCcT0).
