Du skal sætte en option på socketen, om at du vil "tillade" at genbruge
den "port" med det samme, ellers vil kernen/systemet normalt ikke tillade
binding til den samme port de første par minutter. Det er for at undgå
forvirring med udestående pakker, mm.

Jeg tror den hedder noget med SO_REUSE, eller noget i den stil. Det er
vist dokumenteret "alle mulige steder".
