Undskyld jeg lyder barsk, men at prøve at kalde BIOS'en (hvilket iøvrigt
er umuligt fra en bruger-program,, og uheldigt fra kernen), er
"PC'ismer" som Linux ihvertfald _IKKE_ har brug for.

Hvis man ikke vil bruge curses, kan man vel styre terminalen direkte,
enten ved ESC koder som er rimeligt standard, ellers skal man selv ind
og finde dem i /etc/termcap.
